"So I am a return customer, I was recently having issues with my last auto insurance progressive I wasn’t notified when certain things were changing and was paying a lot more than what I was getting out of my insurance and what brought me back was Nick B. "An insurance office that actually cares about their clients. Kevin's office staff always answers my calls right away and gets me the assistance I need without putting me on hold. When I went off the road in a winter storm 3 years ago, they handled my claim quickly and without any issues. My rates didn't go up and I was reimbursed for the tow."

"If you're a great customer and find yourself desperate for help with the insurance you pay for... don't rely of Kevin Curtis. He just ignores you while you pay weeks of car rental cost that you were told you were covered for. Taking recommendations on a good agent. Anyone?"

"Kevin Curtis and his staff always go the extra mile to assist their customers. We recently needed a rental for a trip that was scheduled. I reached out to Kevin before the trip to verify that the vehicle would be covered by State Farm. He assured me that it would be. On the trip our vehicle developed a cracked windshield. I reached out to Kevin’s office late on a Friday afternoon. Kevin’s staff could not have been kinder or more professional. The same was true for the State Farm agent who handled the claim. The whole incident was handled seamlessly. I could not be more pleased with Kevin’s office or State Farm. My highest recommendation to his office and State Farm for professional and caring service."
