"Had to move to Grand Rapids MI for a new job and the apartment management required renter's insurance. Since I had State Farm insurance already, I called this office and told them what I needed and gave them the needed information. "Honestly worst experience as far as insurance policy have gone for me. They got my age wrong initially which resulted in different rates, 10 day refund on that initial charge I was only wanting pip because I drive a bad car. They weren’t even quoting me for that at the initial age so that is frustrating. And they when I did get my age right they didn’t have the last name right only reason for the 3 is because I brought up the issues and they were easily solved by the agent fixed all the issues and my rate was better than my previous insurance"
